Born in Wiesbaden, Germany to Air Force LT Robert and Retha Boyd. Traveled with my parents to England, several US States, and Canada. Graduated with a BA from the University of Arkansas and received my MS from Arkansas Tech University. Joined the Navy Reserves in 1987 and went active duty in 1990.
