  Matters for which Mr. Bowe has recently been responsible have involved the development, permitting and financing of high-performance natural gas storage projects in the northeastern, southeastern and Rocky Mountain areas of the U.S., the development of the first commercial compressed air energy storage facility in the U.S., the structuring of thermal electric power projects in Brazil, the financing and refinancing of several major international natural gas pipelines, the negotiation of long-term natural gas supply and transportation agreements supporting major independent power projects in the northeastern U.S., California and Eastern Canada, the reorganization of one of the largest gas and electric utilities in North America under the Bankruptcy Code, and the outsourcing of electricity distribution, water distribution and wastewater operations in the Middle East.
