   Mr. Bouillet has civil engineering experience since 1970 in municipal, environmental and planning projects for both local government and private sector clients. Mr. Bouillet has been employed with BSEI since 1978 in Calgary, Alberta. Prior to that Mr. Bouillet was with UMA in Calgary where he progressed through the roles of Draftsman, Layout and Construction Surveyor, Field Inspector, and Construction Supervisor. He also has experience on subdivision, structural, water and sewage treatment projects.
   
   Mr. Bouillet's experience and expertise encompasses the following: Infrastructure studies, development agreements, off-site levy determinations, development standards, land development, utility servicing, water supply, water treatment, water conservation, pump stations, transmission lines, force mains, sewage treatment, plant startup and commissioning, construction project management, roadwork, parks planning (includes man-made lakes), land use planning (including concept, outline and tentative plans), subdivision design, and subdivision processing.
