Mr. Bouillet was a founding partner in 1975 of Regent Communications Inc., and built that business to $ 5, 000, 000 in annual sales.Under contract from Rogers Cablesystems, Lightwave built the greatest portion of the Vancouver cable system and recently completed the conversion and updating of the North and West Vancouver systems for Rogers to one of the most advanced two-way broadband networks in North America.Under Mr. Bouillet's guidance, Lightwave has installed the entire telephone and data system at Simon Fraser University and has built cable systems throughout British Columbia, Washington and Oregon.Mr. Bouillet bears overall responsibility for all operations and administration.

Clifford Bouillet, Chief Operating Officer Cliff Bouillet has been in the telecommunications industry since 1963.He began his career as a cable television installer, and progressed to project manager overseeing cable system construction in Vancouver, Calgary, Winnipeg and Toronto.In 1975, Mr. Bouillet established Regent Communications Inc., which built CATV and telephone systems in British Columbia, Alberta, Washington and Oregon and performed customer service functions on an outsourced basis for Rogers Cablesystems and Shaw Cable utilizing a work force of up to 150 people.In the mid-1990s Regent began to service the new competitive telecommunications service providers, providing turnkey design, construction and maintenance of their communications networks, and customer service to the retail customers of those companies.Mr. Bouillet was appointed Chief Operating Officer of the entire corporate group and President of each of the subsidiaries in June, 2004.
