   William G. Bouie is the Senior Vice President, Business Development and Strategic Alliances for HCI Technologies Inc. (HCI). He has over 25 years of diverse professional experience in the area of telecommunications networks, consulting, and management. Mr. Bouie is responsible for maintaining contact with HCI's extensive customer base, and working with strategic partners in providing customized solutions for HCI clients. Mr. Bouie serves as a Senior Consultant on many of HCI's complex technical engagements.
   
   Prior to joining HCI in 1985, Mr. Bouie was the Director of Communications for Michigan Consolidated Gas (MCG) with management responsibilities for multi-site networks. He began his telecommunications career with AT&T as a Technical Consultant.
   
   Mr. Bouie is the President of The Friends of Reston, a 401©3 Corporation, President of the Reston Little League,Committee Member of Project Gold with the United States Olympic Committee, on the Board of Directors of the Reston YMCA, The PIT Teen Center, Reston eVillage, the Fairfax County Athletic Council, and the Youth Advisory Commission for Reston Assocaition. Mr Bouie was the second recipient of the Best of Reston Award in 1993, and was named Lord Fairfax in 1998.
   
   Born and raised in Detroit, MI, Mr. Bouie received his BA in Political Science from Western Michigan University and an MA in Business Management from Central Michigan University.
