Dave has several years of post-secondary education, expertise, and experience in financial matters affecting D.C. metro area home owners. Dave Bouffard is also a proud financial backer of the Boy Scouts of America (he's also an Eagle Scout). Dave is also a member of The American Institute of Economic Research, the Better Business Bureau, and the Silver Spring Chamber of Commerce. He resides in Silver Spring with his dog Boomer.
