Carol Boudreau Carol Boudreau was appointed Chief Financial Officer of The Shaw Group in 2008. She joined Clayton Developments in 1998 as a Senior Accountant and became Controller the following year. In 2006 she was appointed Corporate Controller of The Shaw Group. Ms. Boudreau graduated from the University of New Brunswick in 1988 with a Bachelor of Business Administration. She earned her Chartered Accountant designation in 1995 with an accounting firm in New Brunswick. Ms. Boudreau serves on the Board of Directors of the Halifax YMCA.
