   Mr. Boudewyn has held his current position with the Company since January 2002. He has held various positions with the Company, including president and vice president of international sales since founding the Company in 2000. From October 1998 to October 2000, Mr. Boudewyn served as a major account executive and business development manager for Celterra Vancouver Ltd., where he was responsible for sales, marketing and business development strategies for a national fiber optic network. Prior to his experience in the communications arena, Mr. Boudewyn worked in real estate from July 1986 to October 1998. He graduated from the British Columbia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Arts degree in sales and marketing management. He is also a graduate of the UCLA Director Training & Certification Program.

   Don F. Boudewyn Executive Vice President One of the principal founders of 5G Wireless Communications, Inc., Mr. Boudewyn previously served as our President and VP International Sales. Prior to that, he served as Major Account Executive and Business Development Manager for Celterra Vancouver, Ltd. where he was responsible for sales, marketing and business development strategies for a national optical fiber network. He was also responsible for managing projects, rollouts and the launch of new network products and services for markets both domestically and overseas. Mr. Boudewyn oversaw and developed the overall business development strategies, opportunity assessments, market research, economic models and technical assessments for major projects. He earned a Bachelor degree in Sales and Marketing at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
