Frederic Bouchet received his undergraduate degree in Fortrille, France; a Master's Degree in Mathematics and Agronomy from INA, Paris-Grignon (Fr); a Master's Degree in Economics from Virginia Tech, Blacksburg and received his PH.D. in Economics from Virginia Tech.
