Ray Boucher has over 27 years of professional experience in planning and design and has been responsible for major high technology, commercial and industrial projects.
EXPERIENCE Ray is currently serving as Partner-in-Charge of the Sony Optical Disc Manufacturing Center and Shorewood Packaging Corp. both in Springfield, Pasco Corporation of America food processing facility and as owner's representative to the Portland Development Commission on the new Oregon Arena Project.Recently completed was the Hewlett-Packard manufacturing facility in Vancouver, Washington, GranPac Foods, Inc./Showa Sangyo corporate offices and food processing plant and the Cooley Science Center at the Oregon Graduate Institute, Hillsboro.
He has also been involved in the development and design of four major office and manufacturing campuses for Tektronix, Inc. in Oregon and Washington totalling 1,200 acres and over four million square feet of facilities.
Ray has worked extensively for the high tech clients on a variety of manufacturing, cleanroom and assembly projects for Fujitsu America, SEH America, Kyocera Northwest, Lattice Semiconductor, Data I/O, Hewlett-Packard and Tektronix.
