   She is also a Program Manager for the Disability Management Certificate Program at Mohawk College, Hamilton, and an instructor for the Return to Work Coordinator Certificate online program through the National Institute for Disability Management and Research (NIDMAR).In addition, she is a member of the NIDMAR Canadian Advisory Committee.
   
   Patricia has extensive working knowledge of the development and implementation of occupational health and safety systems, employee health services, disability management programs, injury prevention programs, safe handling of clients programs and workplace violence prevention.Patricia speaks at many provincial, national and international conferences.

   Patti Boucher: And you're correct in your assumption, because that's how Vancouver General Hospital in their installation of 380 or 400 ceiling lifts, they went with the H for the greater flexibility and the ability to reposition.
