   Karen Boucher is a partner with Deloitte Tax LLP and has more than 15 years of multistate tax experience, the majority of which has been spent working with large multistate entities; functioning as a technical resource; and developing/reviewing multistate tax planning ideas. She is a past chair and current member of the AICPA State and Local Taxation Technical Resource Panel and is a frequent speaker on multistate tax issues at various conferences and seminars held nationwide. Ms. Boucher has also published numerous articles dealing with a variety of state and federal tax issues in various tax-related publications, serves as a member on several state and local tax editorial boards, and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Paul J. Hartman Memorial State and Local Forum.
