Mike has worked in mental health and addiction treatment for nearly 15 years.He obtained a bachelor's degree in psychology, a master's degree in social work, and completed a post-master's fellowship at the Menninger Clinic.He brings expertise in group dynamics along with his skills as a clinician, as he is a clinical member of the American Group Psychotherapy Association (AGPA) and three-time presenter at AGPA's national conferences.He has served as a clinical supervisor and the clinical director for a residential therapeutic wilderness treatment program.Also, he has a great deal of experience in the outdoors, including backpacking, whitewater paddling, rock climbing, skiing, and snowshoeing.
