   PORT ORANGE -- Joseph Francis Boucher, 86, of Hampton Circle, who retired from the aircraft division of Pratt-Whitney, died Friday at Hospice Care Center.
   
   Mr. Boucher, an Army Air Forces veteran of World War II, was born in Woonsocket, R.I., and moved to this area in 1980 from East Hartford, Conn. He was a member of Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus, Elks Lodge and Boy Scouts.
