Mr. Joe D. Boucher

Architect Joe Boucher, partner with Sinclair & Wright Architecture, presented blueprints of a proposed 750-seat auditorium that will absorb most of the bond issue, along with ideas for expanding parking on the elementary school campus.

Architect Joe Boucher noted, "The new doors and locks should arrive here by mid-November.They will be coming from different manufacturers.

Joe Boucher, architect with Sinclair and Wright of Tyler, said the exterior of the new school would look similar to the existing middle school.The classrooms will be located to the east of the building, administration offices in the middle and the auditorium and band hall on the west end, he said.

Joe Boucher, architect with Sinclair and Wright of Tyler, said he was happy to be a part of the growth.

"This is all for the kids," he said."It's exciting when we can create an environment for them to learn."

Rohn Mark Boone of Boone and Boone Construction in Tyler is the district's construction manager agent for the bond program and Joe D. Boucher of Sinclair and Wright Architects in Tyler is the project architect.

Joe D. Boucher graduated in 1978 from Texas Tech University with a Bachelor of Architecture Degree.Joe joined Sinclair & Wright Architects in April, 2000 as Project Architect.He was named a partner of Sinclair & Wright Architects in January, 2001.He brings extensive experience related to a variety of project types.He has strong leadership skills required to manage a project design team.

Mr. Boucher is involved in all phases of architectural services.He is personally involved in programming, preliminary planning and design, drawings and specifications, and construction contract administration.He has actively coordinated projects involving multi-discipline teams, which include sewer, water, gas and electrical systems, sitework, structural and environmental.
