   Jillian Boucher, in spot number 2, will be the class salutatorian and Beth Leonardo, ranked third in her class, will handle the role of avedictorian.

   Also demonstrating the pursuit of excellence in everything from academics to volleyball is Jillian Boucher. A member of the National Honors Society, Boucher was also the recipient of the Dartmouth Book Award, the Douglass & Anthony Social Sciences Award and the Society of Women Engineers Award. She also served as president of the Class of 2007 for the past three years, where she helped plan and coordinate two proms and numerous other class events and activities. Boucher was also no stranger to the school's intercom, where she was the "Voice of East Providence" for three years during afternoon announcements. As a three-year varsity starter on the high school girls volleyball team, Boucher served as captain during last season's state championship and was named to the all-state team. She also served as vice president of the Townie Athletic Board, where her fundraising efforts helped bring back the broadcast of Townie sports contests on local TV after a months-long hiatus.
