   Dr. Bouchey joined MCE in July 2001 to lead a new senior-level technical consulting business. As Principal Consultant, Dr. Bouchey provides consulting services for utility and government clients in the areas of nuclear safety, quality assurance, regulatory compliance, risk assessment, plant operations and maintenance, management effectiveness, and organizational development. He has over 38 years experience in the energy and nuclear technology fields. For the past 15 years, he has provided consulting services for utility and government clients in the areas of management effectiveness, organizational development, nuclear safety, quality assurance, risk assessment, and plant operations and maintenance. He has extensive experience in management and executive-level positions in both large and small businesses, with significant experience in the governmental sector.
   
   Dr. Bouchey has also demonstrated effectiveness the planning and execution of successful marketing programs, business development, product development projects, sales force development, and customer service capabilities in both professional services and e-commerce business environments. He has served on several national-level nuclear power industry committees, has held a U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) senior reactor operator's license, and is the author of more than 50 technical and scientific publications.
   
   Dr. Bouchey has a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master of Science degree in Nuclear Engineering from Kansas State University and a PhD in Operations Research and Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
