   As CFO , Mr. Boucher will position the Company and its subsidiaries , Travelways , Inc. and Student Transportation of America , Inc. , for continued growth in the entertainment transportation and school transportation markets. His primary responsibilities will include the management of all of the Company's financial affairs , including the sourcing of debt and equity , oversight of the Company's acquisition efforts and financial reporting to the Board of Directors and the financial community.
   
   Mr. Boucher joins GPS from Chemical Leaman Corporation , where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Chemical Leaman is the largest tank truck carrier in the United States , with 1998 revenue estimated at $ 360 million. The Company recently merged with MTL , Inc. , an affiliate of Apollo Management , L.P. , in a transaction negotiated by Mr. Boucher. Prior to Chemical Leaman , Mr. Boucher held several senior positions with Fidelity Bank , Fidelity Bond & Mortgage Company and IVT Group , Inc.
