PAT BOUCHARDVICE PRESIDENT OF CAPITAL MARKETSPat Bouchard joined Presidian in 2007.He began his career in Banking where he served as a commercial real estate lender for twelve years representing all classes of real estate across the United States.For the past 20 years, Pat served as Chief Operating Officer - Real Estate for two prominent Texas families where he was involved in investment, entitlement, development, management, and financing.At Presidian, he is responsible for identifying new investments and developments opportunities, and for the capital sourcing for those opportunities.Pat received both his Bachelor and Masters of Business Administration from the University of Texas at Austin.
