   Business adviser receives state honor - Myriam Bouchard, a certified business adviser at the Mid-Hudson Region Small Business Development Center in Kingston, has received the Association of Small Business Development Centers' top honor for New York state.

   Bouchard re-ceived this year's New York state Star Performer award.
   
   She is also the recipient of three of the association's outstanding service awards and joins colleagues Al Griggs and Sam Kandel as the third Mid-Hudson Region office recipient of this accolade.
   
   Star Performers are selected for extraordinary performance, significant contribution to the state program and strong commitment to small business.
   
   Bouchard will join other state winners at the association's 28th annual conference Sept. 2-5 in Chicago.
