Bouch, a partner with Leath, Bouch and Crawford LLP since it started in 1998, has chaired the South Carolina Supreme Court Commission on Rules and Professional Conduct since 2002. His firm concentrates in commercial litigation and creditors' rights with an emphasis on construction and environmental law on a statewide and regional basis. The firm has offices in Charleston and Columbia.
Since 1998, Bouch has made presentations to legal peers or published articles in legal journals more than 70 times. Topics ranged from environmental law and mitigation to legal ethics and crisis management.
A 1972 graduate of Marquette University, Bouch holds a law degree from the University of South Carolina School of Law.
