   Hacene Bouadi , Ph.D. , Senior Consultant Dr. Bouadi , before joining Pacific Consultants , worked as a project manager and as a design engineer on numerous commercial product designs. As an Associate Professor at Ohio State University , Dr. Bouadi taught courses in design , mathematics , composite materials , and many other subjects. He is an expert finite element analyst specializing in impact , structural , and vibration problems. He received a Ph.D. in Engineering Sciences and Aerospace Engineering , University of Florida ; an M.S. and Degree of Engineer in Aeronautics and Astronautics , Stanford University ; and a B.S. , Mechanical Engineering , University of Algiers.
