   Dr. Bou-Gauthier earned his undergraduate degree in Pre-Medicine and his Doctor of Medicine at the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras, Puerto Rico. He served his internship and residency at the San Juan City Hospital in Puerto Rico. Dr. Bou-Gauthier is Board Certified in Pediatrics and is a member of the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Officers Association. He has attended many seminars which include: The American Society of Pediatric Hematology/Oncology, Infectious Disease Seminar and the Surgeon General's Meeting on Hispanic Health Issues.
