    UHA President and CEO Max Botticelli said he became aware in August of Bihis' plans to set up the walk-in clinics at Longs.While he said some concerns have been raised internally about a potential conflict of interest because of Bihis' role as a UHA manager and an owner of the clinics, he is confident Bihis has kept his business endeavor separate.

    "He went out and explained to us he has this entrepreneurial spirit and he saw this as a way to go out and do something that was good for people," he said."We've made it clear that UHA has absolutely nothing to do with those clinics."
