   In Maryland, Wells Fargo has nabbed longtime Baltimore banker Rick Botti to head its commercial banking operation in that city with hopes of having 10 to 12 bankers in place by year-end. Botti started his career at Maryland National Bank, which is now Bank of America, and most recently worked for Baltimore-based Mercantile Bankshares Corp.
