   Tod Bottari Senior Vice President A veteran of start-up, high-growth and mature high-technology companies (private and public), Mr. Bottari joined Demer IR in 1996 as vice president. He is the former director, corporate communications and investor relations, for VeriFone, Inc. (NYSE:VFI), a manufacturer of point-of-service payment systems and e-commerce software which was later acquired by Hewlett-Packard Company (NYSE:HPQ). Prior to VeriFone, he served as manager, marketing communications, for Tolerant Systems, Inc., a manufacturer of fault tolerant, UNIX-based computer systems which later became VERITAS Software Corporation (NASDAQ:VRTS). Mr. Bottari was also manager of advertising and promotion services for Tymshare, Inc. (NYSE:TYM), a pioneer in the computer networking industry. He holds a BA degree from the University of California, Davis (Phi Beta Kappa) and an MA degree (highest honors) from San Francisco State University.
