Bottari Photo In 1975 , Dr. Bottari earned his Bachelors of Arts degree from Rutgers College in New Brunswick , NJ. In 1977 , Dr. Bottari received his Master of Science degree from Howard University in Washington , DC , and in 1980 earned his Ph.D. in School Psychology at the University of South Carolina. After obtaining his license in New Jersey in 1982 , Dr. Bottari entered private practice and rapidly built a network of over forty psychology offices. After developing his network , Dr. Bottari co-founded a management company for medical doctors , creating an organization of more than 100 employees. In 1993 , he co-founded a medical diagnostics company that currently has contracts with many MRI centers and also provides medical diagnostic and consultative services to primary care physicians.
