Dwayne Botnick has been promoted to Sales Operations Manager and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Champion.Botnick began his career with Foley in 1996, and was responsible for Foley Rents from 1996 to 2001.He then became IT Business Analyst & Siebel CRM Champion.During this time, Botnick led the launch of Siebel at Foley, trained the entire sales force on this communication system, and championed team selling where sales people across divisions worked together to quickly respond to customer needs.In his new capacity, Botnick will bring this same customer focus to Sales Operations, ensuring that the internal sales support team processes orders, manages inventories, and executes deliveries in an effective and efficient manner.
