Brenda S. Botizan was the 2001 Business Person of the Year.A 1980 graduate of Sistersville High School , Botizan now is a certified public accountant and has operated her accounting businesses in New Martinsville and Sistersville since 1989.
She has been general receiver for Wetzel County since 1994.Botizan is also an active supporter of West Virginia Northern Community College , the GNMDC , Wetzel County Hospital and the New Martinsville Quota Club , giving leadership as well as her accounting expertise to these organizations.
