   Paul Botticello Senior Associate Paul delivers training, consulting and facilitation services, develops new products and also runs the IISC Portland Maine office.
   
   Prior to joining the IISC, Paul was the Director of the Clark Learning Institute in New York where he assisted grant recipients of The Clark Foundation with their organizational development needs. Paul began his career working for Hurricane Island Outward Bound School as an Instructor and Program Manager for Outward Bound Professional. He brings understanding of group dynamics, individual learning and hard work to all of his engagements.

   Paul Botticello is a Senior Associate at the Interaction Institute for Social Change. Prior to IISC, Mr. Botticello was the Director of the Clark Learning Institute in New York. Since 1992, he has created and facilitated nationwide programs for non-profit organizations, corporations and universities. Mr. Botticello has extensive experience offering trainings in leadership, group dynamics, teamwork, organizational development, and strategic planning, as well as providing consultants and staff members with facilitation skills training. He is also a former Outward Bound Instructor, and has trained with the Center for Creative Leadership and National Training Laboratories.
