   "We have an ongoing support group in Visalia, but this will be the first one we've held in Porterville," said Jennifer Boteilho, program manager of Family Services of Tulare County/Rape Crisis. "We are also going to begin one in Lindsay on that same day for Spanish-speaking adult women."
   
   The aim of these support groups is to help women heal by giving them the opportunity to discuss sexual abuse and its emotional aftermath with other women who have experienced similar types of trauma, Boteilho said.
