As part of the TC Colley lecture Series the Photography department will be hosting Barbara Bosworth. "I became obsessed with the physical world. I began making pictures of light in the darkness hoping to hold onto every last bit." Barbara Bosworth was born in Clevland, Ohio, in 1953. Bosworth is best known for black and white photographic explorations of the landscape. Bosworth has received fellowships and grants from the Friends of Photography, the New England Foundation for the Arts, the John Simon Guggenheim Memorial Foundation, and the Buhl Foundations. Bosworth teachs at the Massachusetts College of Art.
