   Abbie Bosworth Acting instructor Abbie Bosworth is a graduate of Birmingham University in the United Kingdom, where she received her honors Bachelor of Arts degree in both Spanish and theatre studies. While living in the U. K., Abbie contributed to the Manchester Arts Festival, both as a director and an actor. She has a post-graduate degree in teaching at the high school level and has been teaching English literature and theatre for twelve years, most recently for the San Bernardino Arts Council. Abbie has taught for the last four years at the Montessori school in Redlands, focusing on Shakespeare in performance. This year, Abbie will complete her M. F. A. in creative writing for the performing arts with an emphasis in playwriting.

   Abbie Bosworth received her theatre degree from Birmingham University in the UK. Before moving to California, she was involved in the Manchester Arts Festival, in Manchester, England both as an actor and a director. Before teaching at Idyllwild Arts, she developed and directed numerous productions, specializing in Shakespeare, and original works, for San Bernadino Arts Council and for Montessori in Redlands. Currently Abbie also teaches at UC Riverside, where she is an MFA Creative Writing student, with an emphasis in playwriting. One of her plays has just been selected as a finalist for the Kennedy Centre John Cauble Short Play Award.
