Mr. Boswick has held senior executive and advisory positions with various publicly traded companies and successful new ventures.His investment banking and venture capital experience broaden the depth of Madison Capital Group's merchant banking and principal investment activities.

Prior to joining Madison, Mr. Boswick was the Chairman and CEO of Aqua 4, Inc., a publicly traded water and oil gas exploration company.Mr. Boswick was involved in restructuring the management team and Board of Directors while shoring up the balance sheet with new sources of capital.Previously, as CEO of Mi4e Inc., a Miami and Stockholm based software developer, Mr. Boswick raised new private equity for the company while expanding its global presence.

As Vice Chairman of Foodtrader.com, the world's largest online B2B exchange focused on the bulk food industry, Mr. Boswick oversaw the growth of the organization from 7 employees to 76, assembled a world class management team and raised over 27 million dollars in private equity.Foodtrader.com was named by Forbes magazine as one of the "Best of the Web" in its market segment.Previously, as a Principal of Compass Partners, Mr. Boswick focused on healthcare technology companies.

Mr. Boswick attended Brown University.

SoundTrack parent downgrades earnings forecast: Sound- Track stores parent Ultimate Electronics revised its fourth-quarter earnings forecasts because sales in existing stores are down about 10 percent for November and December.The company had previously expected comparable store sales to be flat for the fourth quarter, which ends Jan. 31.

"If the electrical grid was developed the way wireless was developed, you wouldn't be able to plug in your hair dryer in Miami," says Tor Boswick, CEO of wireless software developer Mi4e.
