   Michael joined Freedom American Mortgage in June, 2006. His six year background in commercial credit and banking and experience in purchase and sub-prime refinance markets is a plus to our organization. After completing his MBA in Finance and Management at Georgia State in December of 2000, Michael worked as a Financial and Market Analyst for four years. He has continued to develop skills and experience necessary to help clients understand their mortgage choices.    Mr. Boswell brings six years of banking and mortgage industry experience to the Lumen team, in addition to other valuable occupational experience. After receiving intensive credit and commercial banking training, Mr. Boswell spent three years at Barnett Bank N.A., evaluating funding opportunities for small and middle market commercial clients. Mr. Boswell's responsibilities included assessing credit worthiness based on historical financial performance and key business indicators, while giving appropriate consideration to particular industry and economic trends. Using this assessment, he would then forecast future cash flow and repayment ability of the clients.
   
   After relocating to Atlanta in 1996, Mr. Boswell worked briefly in the mortgage industry serving as a mortgage loan officer for a small mortgage brokerage. Then, he became involved in Atlanta's community banking market, gaining invaluable experience dealing with the unique capital needs of corporate clients who were in the early stages of their business' life cycle. His experience covered all aspects of client contact, from negotiation of terms to collateral and security documentation.
   
   As a Lumen consultant,Mr. Boswell will utilize his extensive analytical skills to assess the financial situations of our clients' businesses. In addition, he will develop forecasting scenarios, assist clients with cash flow management and provide coordination of investor, shareholder and finance relationships.
