SEATTLE, Oct. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- Cognigen Networks, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: CGNT), a Seattle-based applications service provider (ASP) and Internet telecommunications marketing company, announced today that Jimmy L. Boswell, David G. Lucas and Troy D. Carl have joined the company's board of directors, expanding the board to five members.

Boswell, 58, is the chief operating officer of Cognigen Networks, Inc. and is also the president of a principal division, Cognigen Switching Technologies (CST), a position he has held since 1998.CST, formerly known as Aquila International Telecommunications, Inc., is a Federal Communications Commission Section 214-licensed interstate and international facilities-based carrier that was acquired by the company in April of this year.Previously, Boswell was the vice president of engineering and chief technical officer of Gateway U.S.A., Inc., a national and international telecommunications company.Prior to his association with Gateway, Boswell retired from GTE Corporation as an applications engineering manager after 30 years of service.He earned a bachelor of arts degree in management from the University of Redlands.
Lucas, 60, the treasurer and chief financial officer of Cognigen Networks, Inc., has also been the vice president of finance of CST since 1998, working with Boswell.
