   James R. Boswell, 71, of Daugherty Township, and a lifelong resident of New Brighton, passed away on Friday, July 4, 2003, in the Medical Center, Beaver, following a brief illness. Born, April 3, 1932, in New Brighton, he was a son of the late James F. Boswell and Eleanor Schwenk Boswell Fleischer. He was employed by Columbia Gas of Pennsylvania as a meter reader, serviceman, and heavy equipment operator, retiring in 1994 with 37 years of service. He was a self employed contractor after his retirement; a member of the Westminister United Presbyterian Church, New Brighton; New Brighton Lions Club; Habitat for Humanity of Beaver County; Special Olympics of Beaver County, and the Motorcycle Clubs, 'Hogs' (Beaver Falls Chapter, Harley Owners Group) and the 'Retreads.'
   
   He was preceded in death by an infant sister.

   In addition to his parents, surviving are his wife of ten years, Margaret A. 'Meg' Feather Murray; three children, Cheyenne Murray, Columbiana, Ohio; Megan Jean and Donald Eugene Murray III, Fairfield Township; a granddaughter, Haley Rae; a brother and sister-in-law, Dan and Anna Murray, Allen, Texas; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Jamie and Rich Salopek, Plano, Texas; and Kelly and Rick Todd, Beaver Falls; seven nieces and nephews, Holly and Lee Evans, Gregory Bowman, Sarah Gordon, Richard Salopek, Jocelyn and Aaron Feather, and an aunt, Eileen McCormick, Beaver Falls.
