   Howard Boswell serves as the pastor of Kenmore Presbyterian Church. In 2005, the Rev. Boswell received his Doctor of Ministry from San Francisco Theological Seminary. His dissertation/project, "God Alone is Lord of the Conscience: Communal Discernment for Sessions of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.)" detailed a year-long process that the Rev. Boswell led with his session concerning the shape of worship. His advisor was the Rev. Dr. Howard L. Rice, who taught worship at San Francisco Theological Seminary and wrote two books and numerous articles on the topic.
