Chair Borden advised that, earlier in the evening in caucus, contracts were renewed effective September 1, 2007 to August 31, 2012 for Ms. Heather Boswell, Superintendent of Program, and Mrs. Linda Benallick, Superintendent of Education.

Heather Boswell, currently principal at Victoria Terrace Public School in Fergus has been appointed Acting Superintendent of Program effective January 17, 2005 to June 30, 2005.She will replace Superintendent Bonnie McEachern who has been seconded to the Provincial Government's Literacy Secretariat.Boswell is an experienced and successful principal, who is knowledgeable about curriculum and special education issues.She was the unanimous choice of the selection committee.
