   Bill Boswell Bill Boswell has nineteen years experience in software and systems engineering in diverse industries. He is currently Chief Technology Officer and Vice President of Solutions Development for E-Markets, Inc as well as consultant to E-Markets' clients. Before joining E-Markets in November, 2000, Mr. Boswell was the Senior Director of Product Management and Planning for a unit of EDS Unigraphics which provided manufacturing and supply chain collaboration applications to several industries. Earlier, Bill was a systems engineer at Raytheon where he delivered data mining and visualization solutions for the defense electronics industry. At E-Markets, Boswell has been a pioneer in delivering e-commerce solutions to agri-food companies through the design, implementation, and support of company's strategic technology direction. He has considerable expertise in the development of IT infrastructure, web sites, electronic based business transaction solutions, software, databases, and network infrastructure. Throughout these experiences, Bill has managed consultative client facing relationships with companies such as GE, HP, Sun, IBM, Intel, AMD, and others. Bill serves on the management committee of AgXML, an industry consortium formed to establish XML standards in the agrifood industry. Boswell earned his B.S. degree in computer science and business from Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania.
