   n class="hl">Anne Boswell graduated from Southwestern University in 2003 with a BA in Art History and a concentration in Feminist Studies and Ceramics.Anne has been working with children since junior high school, volunteering her summers to day camps.Anne felt compelled after graduation to give back to the community she knew and loved so well- Austin, TX.She completed a year of service as an AmeriCorps volunteer tutoring students struggling with literacy acquisition.Anne thought she was settled, and the thought of moving away from family and friends was terrifying but when she heard about KIPP SHINE Prep suddenly an adventurous side sprung forth.The opportunity to combine her two passions-teaching children and art-was a dream come true.Anne now cherishes every moment she is able to inspire youngsters in their creative endeavors and hopes to keep growing and learning along with her SHINEsters.
