Frederick J. Bostwick is Director of Community Services for the Philadelphia County Assistance Office of Pennsylvania's Department of Public Welfare (DPW).Responsible for Welfare to Work, outreach, and many special projects, his career with DPW has spanned more than thirty years.Frederick is a graduate of La Salle University and served in the U.S. Peace Corps in Thailand.He is an active volunteer in many community service programs including United Way, Women's Way, Mayor's Commission on Literacy, and the AIDS Walk.Most recently, Frederick was elected Chair of the Board of Directors of the Delaware Valley Legacy Fund.
