   Many years ago, Donnie Bostwick's father poured limestone around the foundation of the new Phillips building in Bartlesville
   
   Bostwick now is moving to Bartlesville hoping to build the foundation for a new golden era of Oklahoma Wesleyan University men's basketball.
   
   "Bartlesville is a great site," Bostwick emphasized during a OWU press conference Tuesday to introduce him as the new Eagles' head basketball coach and athletic director. "This is a great opportunity."
   
   Bostwick is returning to his native roots in Green Country after devoting the last 10 years as an assistant coach at small college men's basketball powerhouse John Brown University.
