For ten years prior to Pathfinder, Mr. Bostwick was Director of Strategic Marketing and Business Planning at Advanced Micro Devices, one of the largest U.S. semiconductor companies.At AMD he also coordinated all market research and consulting activities and was its representative to the World Semiconductor Trade Statistics group (WSTS).

Mr. Bostwick has ten years of strategic and management consulting to technology clients while at Booz, Allen and Bain.

He has MBA, MS and BS degrees, all from Harvard University.

Previously, Dave was the founding CFO of Intelleflex which is developing advance RFID tags and readers and was the founding CFO of Unity Semiconductor which is developing next generation non-volatile memories.He has participated in the raising of over $40M in venture funding for start-ups he has founded and mentored.

Dave has over 35 years of financial and strategic business management experience in high technology, having served as Director of Financial and Strategic Planning for Advanced Micro Devices and as a strategy consultant with Booz-Allen Hamilton and Bain and Company.Early in career he was technology analyst with Standard and Poors' investment management subsidiary, S&P InterCapital.

Dave holds a B.A. degree in Physics from Harvard College, an M. S. in Physics from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
