   I am so pleased to announce and introduce our new Hospital Management board editor, Joyce Boston. Joyce will be replacing Marty Bezner, CVPM. Marty has given VetTeam 3 solid and wonderful years of service, and has chosen to move on in her pursuits. As many of you know, Marty is the gramdma of hospital management, and I know you will each join VetTeam in giving her our heart felt thanks for all the wonderful advice and time she has given us. She assures us that she will still be around though-posting happily, and for that we are thankful.
   
   Joyce has been a long time VetTeam participant. In our search for a new editor, we became aware of Joyce because of the quality of her posts. When we researched her background, we found that she is the co-owner of a 14 employee, 3000 sq ft. veterinary hospital in North Carolina. She is a credentialed technician, having completed the St. Petersburg College distance program in 1999. Her education prior to that was in Gainesville, at UF. Yes, she is a GATOR! She earned both her undergraduate degree and graduate degree in education. Before opening her hospital in NC, Joyce was a kindergarten teacher.
   
   Joyce has owned her hospital since 1991. She has been a faithful attendee of continuing education (CE) both at conferences and online. Her online experience with her tech degree and her CE was one of the many attributes we felt was an asset to VetTeam. She can help everyone navigate the boards, other parts of VetTeam and our VetTeam courses.
   
   Joyce is an avid reader of Veterinary Economics –reading every issue cover to cover since opening her hospital. Joyce has two children, ages 1 and 7.
   
   Please join VetTeam in welcoming Joyce to these boards. As you know, the management boards are among VetTeam's busiest. Joyce has her hands full. Let's make her experience here wonderful!
