   Biography Alicia P. Boston is an associate in the Business Transactions section of Jackson Walker. Ms. Boston's practice focuses on the representation of clients in the public offerings of securities and SEC compliance matters. She also has experience in bond transactions, including conduit financings involving health care providers and single and multi-family housing transactions.
   
   Ms. Boston represents corporate clients in a variety of general business matters. In addition to her corporate practice, she also has experience negotiating sports related contracts for NFL athletes as well as the litigating the defense of employment discrimination matters.
   
   Memberships Ms. Boston is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Dallas Bar Association. She is also a certified Contract Advisor with the NFL Players Association.
   
   Education Ms. Boston received her B.B.A. degree in International Business from The University of Texas at Austin and her J.D. degree from Texas Southern University, where she graduated cum laude. During law school, Ms. Boston was a teaching assistant for several courses and a senior staff member of the Thurgood Marshall Law Review.
