   LINCOLN BOSTICK (FOUNDER/PRESIDENT/CEO): as a community coalition builder and parent organizer he has worked for more than 20 years with "high-risk and/or at-risk youth" by collaborating with various educational institutions and community based organizations, with an emphasis towards bringing the necessary educational and social resources to youth and their families in the communities of: Compton, Lynwood, South Central L.A. (as it was previously known), Inglewood, Lawndale, Hawthorne and Lennox.
   
   The firestorm in his belly which fuels the mission of this organization is the increasingly growing numbers of children/youth, who are living in unsafe/unsupervised homes and communities; who are reading below grade level; and, those who do not have a firm understanding of math as it is presented to them at their various grade levels while they are in school.
   
   In 1993 as a result of this driving passion, Mr. Bostick successfully incorporated this non-profit public benefit 501(c) (3) corporation known as Building Achieving Minds, BAM.
