7 One was done by a member of the athletic department 8 that was chaired by Mr. John Bostick who was the 9 number two guy in the athletic department and the 10 other one was done by -- for the University by Dean 11 Alvin Clay who was the Dean of the business school 12 at the time.

Mr. Bostick has also 13 resigned and lives in Alabama now.At that time 14 both of those reports prior to the NCAA coming in 15 found the Wildcat Club in complete compliance with 16 the NCAA and the University.When the NCAA came in , 17 we had our session in front of an agent for the NCAA 18 and his only three questions had nothing to do with 19 the prospects of the Wildcat Club having a bad 20 influence on the athletic department or the student 21 athletes.Never asked about how we handled 22 contributions or those type things.There were 23 three scripted questions and then we went on.
