Adrian has over seven years of experience in Strategy and Organisation.He holds an MA in Training and Human Resource Development at Warwick University and he is completing his PhD in Business and Management at Nottingham University Business School, UK.He was involved in a number of projects with organisations in Romania and the UK, as consultant, researcher, project manager, sales representative and account executive.Adrian's experience includes industries such as: management consulting, engineering, packaging, brewery, transportation, furniture, footwear, cosmetics, IT, office supply, education, social services and Formula 1.

In addition, Adrian conducted extensive research on management and organisational transformation in Eastern Europe, particularly in Romania.His research was presented at six prestigious international conferences including the European Group of Organisation Studies and British Academy of Management.For one of his research papers on Eastern Europe, Adrian was awarded a prize by the Journal for East European Management Studies, published in Germany.

Adrian has taught Strategic Management at Universitatea de Vest Timisoara, Romania and Organisational Behaviour and Business Operations at Nottingham University Business School, UK.
