  Director / Choreographer - Arlene Borock Arlene has taught Drama, English, Public Speaking and Journalism for 18 years at Mason High School.She has directed over 30 plays and musicals (as well as choreographed a number of these).She has been a part of ACT-Cincinnati since 1989; acting, directing, adjudicating and working backstage for many area community theatre groups, as well as sitting on the ACT Board.Arlene has received an Orchid Award for Directing Drama Workshop's 2004 production of Epic Proportions; and an Orchid Award for Co-Directing and Co-Choreographing Landen-Deerfield's 1995 Production of Gypsy.Arlene has studied Choreography, Dance and Theatre for over 20 years.Most recently, Arlene directed Acting Up's wildly successful 2005 production of The Wizard of Oz and choreographed Acting Up's 2006 show, Grease.

  Arlene has taught Drama, English, Public Speaking and Journalism for 19 years at Mason High School. She has directed, choreographed or performed in over 50 plays and musicals. Arlene has been a part of ACT-Cincinnati since 1989 and is currently their Vice President. Over the years, she's received an Orchid Award for Directing Drama Workshop's production of Epic Proportions, for Co-Directing and Co-Choreographing Landen-Deerfield's Production of Gypsy and for Choreographing Acting-Up's Grease. Arlene has also directed Acting Up's production of The Wizard of Oz, and Directed/Choreographed Acting Up's Once On This Island. This year she was seen in Loveland Stage Company's Noises Off and Milford Theatre Guild's female version of The Odd Couple.
